Athlete Membership Cards and QR Verification
A GRGO athlete membership card presents membership information with the athlete’s photo, academy branding, selected sports and a QR verification link. Academy rules can appear on the reverse. Scan the QR code to check the current platform record rather than trusting an old image.

Check the source information
Review the athlete name, photograph, academy, sports and membership dates in the account before using a card. Ask the operator to correct inaccurate information in the underlying membership record rather than altering a screenshot.
A card represents the membership data held by GRGO. It is not a government identity document, coaching qualification, safety certification or automatic proof that fees have been paid. Keep cash payment records separate.
Use the live QR result
Open the QR link in a browser and inspect the current verification result. A saved image can remain on a phone after membership circumstances change. Check that the page belongs to GRGO rather than a look-alike site requesting a password.
Membership verification links are for checking individual memberships, not for public search indexing. Avoid posting someone else’s card, photo or verification link on a public website or social feed.
Read academy rules and protect the card
Read the rules on the reverse and confirm any unclear terms with the academy. A card does not replace the operator’s current instructions, attendance requirements or facility booking process.
Guardians should help children protect their card information. If the card is lost or incorrect, contact the operator or GRGO support through the contact page. Do not share verification codes or account credentials when asking for help.
