Frequently asked questions

What is GRGO?

GRGO is a multi-sport academy discovery and management platform. Athletes can explore sports and published academy information, while operators manage training, enrollment, cash fee records, attendance, facilities and membership cards.

How do I find a sports academy near me?

Open the academy directory and search for your city, academy or sport. Compare the published information and contact the academy about coaching, age groups, timings, availability and fees before enrolling. Listings depend on academies joining and publishing their information.

Does GRGO approve or certify coaches?

GRGO reviews academy applications before publication. Platform approval is not a coaching qualification, safety certification or guarantee of training quality. Ask the academy directly about coach qualifications, safeguarding and emergency procedures.

Can parents or guardians manage an athlete?

A signed-in user can create athlete profiles and manage their enrollment and membership information. For a child, the responsible adult should review academy rules, privacy information and the training arrangement with the operator.

Can I pay academy fees online through GRGO?

Academy fee management on GRGO is cash-only. Operators record cash received and maintain fee records. A booking, enrollment request or membership card does not mean that money has been collected or transferred online.

How do facility bookings work?

Sign in, select an available academy facility and time slot, and submit a reservation using the booking flow. Check the resulting reservation status and academy rules. Availability, confirmation and cancellation depend on the facility and operator.

How does an academy join GRGO?

An owner submits an academy application for review. After approval, the owner completes the public profile and verifies the publishing declaration using the existing account verification flow. An agent can prepare a draft, but cannot accept the declaration or publish for the owner.

How does location-based attendance work?

An athlete can request a one-time location check when checking in at an academy that has enabled location attendance. Device permission and the academy check-in boundary matter. Location is not continuously tracked; authorised staff can make audited attendance overrides.

What does the membership card QR code verify?

The QR code opens the GRGO verification page for that membership. Use the current verification result rather than a screenshot of a card. A card is not proof of payment, a coaching credential or a government identity document.

Can GRGO agents earn for onboarding academies?

Agents must register and receive super-admin approval. An eligible introduction can earn the reward shown in the agent portal when a genuinely new academy is first published. Drafts, demo listings, duplicates and repeat publication do not earn another reward. Payments are made outside the app and recorded separately.

Does an agent control an academy after referring it?

No. The nominated owner signs in with the matching verified email, reviews the private draft and gives consent. The owner retains control of the application and publishing verification. Agent approval does not grant access to academy operations.

Where can I get help or report incorrect information?

Use the GRGO contact page to reach developer Kartik Diwedi by email or WhatsApp. Contact an academy directly about its classes, fees and facility rules. Report inaccurate or concerning listings to GRGO rather than relying on an old screenshot.
