How the GRGO Academy Agent Programme Works
GRGO agents introduce real academy owners to the platform. Register in the Agents area and wait for super-admin approval, then prepare an academy draft with the owner’s permission. A reward becomes eligible only on the academy’s first qualifying publication, not when a draft is created.

Register and get approved
Sign in or create a GRGO account, submit your agent details and accept the programme terms. A super-admin reviews the registration. Pending or suspended agents cannot create new introductions or change invitation links.
The current reward rate is shown inside the authenticated agent portal. Each introduction keeps the amount recorded when it is created; later programme changes apply to future introductions. Do not advertise an unconfirmed rate or promise instant payment.
Let the owner control the application
With permission, enter the real academy details and the owner’s verified sign-in email. Share the private owner link yourself; GRGO does not claim to have emailed an invitation. The nominated owner signs in, checks the draft and explicitly consents to submission.
The owner’s application then enters the normal platform review process. After approval, the owner completes their public profile and verifies the publishing declaration. An agent cannot impersonate an owner, accept their declaration or gain operator access through a referral.
Understand rewards and payments
Eligible introductions earn once when a genuinely new academy is first published. Drafts, application approval alone, demo listings, duplicate academies and republishing do not create another reward. Check referral progress and the separate outstanding and paid totals in your portal.
GRGO makes agent payments outside the app. A super-admin records an already-made external payout with a reference and confirmation. The platform does not transfer funds, collect bank details or promise an automatic payment schedule. Contact GRGO if you need clarification about a record.
