Publish accurate information first
An owner applies for platform review, then completes the public academy profile after approval. Describe the actual sports, facilities, location and contact information. Publish only after completing the owner verification declaration. Do not use a stock description as evidence of facilities that do not exist.
An approved GRGO agent can help prepare a private draft. The nominated owner still reviews and accepts it using their own verified account. Agent access is separate from operator access and does not replace the owner’s responsibilities.
Keep enrollment, attendance and bookings distinct
An enrollment request relates an athlete to a training offering. Attendance records whether an athlete attended. A facility booking reserves a resource or time slot. One does not automatically prove another, and an operator should review each status in its own workflow.
Configure training and facility information before inviting athletes to use it. Keep resource availability and equipment records current, and review changes made by authorised staff. Avoid sharing a single operator login between unrelated people.
Use financial and membership records truthfully
GRGO’s academy fee flow records cash activity rather than collecting online payments. Record money only after it is actually received and check the relevant athlete and fee period. Do not infer payment from a reservation or a QR membership card.
